J.M. Smucker is recalling specific sorts of Jif peanut butter

in the US due to potential salmonella contamination.

The organization said that the peanut butter was sold across

the country and the Recall contains in excess of 45 sorts of items.

They have Lot codes between 1274425 to 2140425

The impacted items contain both soft and crunchy peanut butter

peanut butter to-go packs, and the normal Squeeze pocket.

Clients Should dispose of the item right away if it is included in the recall

which is being directed to the US Food and Drug Administration.

J.M. Smucker said it's not ready to assess the recall's monetary

effect for the financial year that finished on April 30
